Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States, however, this may change in the future.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Thursday only.

Please allow 4-7 business days from the date of purchase for your package to be processed and shipped (excluding any pre-order timeframes). Due to Covid-19, some delays are expected from the post office. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Receiving shipping confirmation but no tracking details means that USPS has not scanned the item yet. Please allow time for the tracking information to update. Once tracking information has been provided, you should receive your order within 3-6 business days or more (delays may take place based on post office capacity and Covid-19 precautions).

Brielle Ray is not responsible for any stolen, missed, or rescheduled deliveries from USPS.

Refunds/Exchanges

Currently, Brielle Ray does not offer any returns. All sales are final. To minimize any mistakes, please confirm that your shipping address and email are correct. Please read the product description prior to purchasing. If you receive an incorrect item, please email us here. Please include your contact name, description of the issue, order date, and order number.
